Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Phase-VII, DHA Karachi

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor vehicle movement using GPS tracking systems
- Coordinate with drivers and fleet supervisors to ensure timely operations
- Identify irregularities in routes, delays, or deviations and report accordingly
- Generate and maintain daily fleet activity reports
- Respond to alerts and take necessary actions in case of emergencies or route violations
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity
- Support the operations team with other tracking and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)
- 0–1 year of experience in a similar role or in operations/logistics (preferred but not required)
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or night shifts if required
Shift: 8 hours (Morning, Evening, Night)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
