Fresh Basket Call Centre is looking for a friendly and experienced Customer Representative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be good at handling customers and providing excellent service through calls, emails, and chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls, emails, and chat messages (inbound and outbound).
  • Help customers with order placement, shipment tracking, and website use.
  • Handle customer complaints politely and solve issues quickly.
  • Give correct information about our products and services.
  • Manage Foodpanda orders and work with the delivery team to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Update product details on the company website when needed.
  • Work with other team members to make sure customers are satisfied.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service (preferably in food, e-commerce, logistics, or call centre).
  • Experience handling phone calls, chat, and email support.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must know how to use Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Able to work fast and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and ticket systems is a plus.
  • Must be flexible to work on weekends and holidays if required.
