Fresh Basket Call Centre is looking for a friendly and experienced Customer Representative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be good at handling customers and providing excellent service through calls, emails, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, emails, and chat messages (inbound and outbound).
- Help customers with order placement, shipment tracking, and website use.
- Handle customer complaints politely and solve issues quickly.
- Give correct information about our products and services.
- Manage Foodpanda orders and work with the delivery team to ensure on-time delivery.
- Update product details on the company website when needed.
- Work with other team members to make sure customers are satisfied.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service (preferably in food, e-commerce, logistics, or call centre).
- Experience handling phone calls, chat, and email support.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must know how to use Excel and Google Sheets.
- Able to work fast and handle multiple tasks.
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and ticket systems is a plus.
- Must be flexible to work on weekends and holidays if required.
