Salary & Compensation:

PKR 85,000 per month

Additional KPI based bonus of 15 percent of the base salary

Staycierge is a short term rental management and virtual assistance company providing 24 by 7 guest communication and operational support to Airbnb hosts and property managers worldwide.

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Customer Support Representative to handle guest communication and support tasks for short term rental properties. This role requires strong communication skills, problem solving ability, and a calm, professional approach when dealing with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to guest inquiries via chat and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner

Handle check in, check out, and stay related questions

Resolve guest issues and complaints efficiently while following company guidelines

Coordinate with internal teams for maintenance, cleaning, or urgent requests

Maintain accurate logs and follow up on unresolved issues

Ensure high guest satisfaction and positive reviews

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities

Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools

Ability to work onsite in Gulberg, Lahore

Prior customer support or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory
