Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Zidello is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CSR operations and be comfortable handling customer interactions in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and responding to customer chats in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling order fulfillment and coordinating support for fulfilled orders
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, order status, and basic issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records related to customer communication and orders
  • Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience while representing the brand

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a Customer Support / CSR role
  • Strong knowledge of CSR workflows and e-commerce operations
  • Computer literate with good command of basic systems and tools
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to handle responsibility and work independently
