What You’ll Do

Support our customers through
phone, chat, and email
in
both English and Arabic
-
Answer questions, solve problems, and make sure customers have a good experience

Follow clear guidelines and use tools to help customers quickly and correctly
What We Offer

Base salary:
15,000 EGP gross (around 12,250 EGP net)
-
Language allowance:
up to 7,000 EGP gross (around 4,250 EGP net) based on English & Arabic level

Performance bonus:
up to 70% of your base salary
Top performers can earn
up to 33,000 EGP gross (around 27,000 EGP net)

Paid training:
3 weeks in the office

Nesting period:
3 weeks handling real customers cases
while receiving close support

: The Greek Campus, Downtown Cairo (work from home available for consistent performers past probation)
