Customer Support Representative

Job Description

  • Serving customers over the phone calls.
  • Ensure good customer relationship by providing excellent and professional services.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and Pricing.
  • Manage inbound calls and handle clients effectively.
  • End to end follow-up and tracking of customer orders and feedback.
  • Handling Chat support on All Social Media Platforms.

Required Skills

  • Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience)
  • Strong team player
  • Extremely organized
  • Improve overall customer feedback and services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
