Our client company is a fast-growing E-commerce platform that provide Account Support Service to top-notch entrepreneurs in Multan.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly professional Marketplace Communication Executive with
excellent spoken and written English to manage communication with global ecommerce platforms and support teams.
The candidate will act as a business representative, handling support cases, resolving
operational issues, and maintaining professional correspondence with platform teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with platform support teams through cases, email, and call
• Handle account issues, approvals, documentation, and support tickets

• Maintain professional written communication with international teams
• Track and follow up on support cases until resolution
• Maintain organized records of communication and case updates
• Coordinate internally to gather required information and documents
• Provide clear summaries and updates on case progress

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years experience in e-commerce operations or support roles
• Familiarity with online marketplace platforms and seller dashboards
• Strong professional email writing and communicaltion skills.
