Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails
• Assist customers with orders, queries, and support
• Provide accurate product/service information
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude
• Upsell products where applicable
• Update customer records in the system

Requirements

• Good English communication skills (American accent is a plus, not mandatory)
• Willing to work night shift (US hours)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customers professionally

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Call center / CSR / Sales experience
• Experience with international customers
