Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Urdu | Healthcare Call Center)

Shift: Morning (10am to 6pm) or Evening (5pm to 1am) - Rotational Shifts

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound patient queries and appointment requests in Urdu/English
  • Provide empathetic and solution-focused customer support
  • Convert leads into scheduled appointments using persuasive communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience in an call center (preferably inbound and local)
  • Proven ability to manage emotional/difficult situations with calm professionalism
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM and live chat systems
  • Graduation is a must
