Customer Support Representative (CSR)

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and determining the best course of action
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve products and services
  • Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required) in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
