Timings: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (Based on Experience & Skills)

Job Summary

GMS Digitals is looking for a professional and communication focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, client handling abilities, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide professional support through calls, chats, emails, and social media platforms
  • Maintain proper follow ups with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns efficiently

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong customer handling, problem solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and previous CSR/customer support experience will be preferred

Qualification

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
