Customer Support Representative (Female)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Female Customer Support Representative to manage all inbound inquiries from our customers in the United Kingdom.

This role requires a dedicated professional to work on UK time (9 hours between 4pm and 4am), handling a high volume of calls related to reservations and general inquiries. You are the critical link between our restaurant and our patrons, requiring near-native English fluency and exceptional cutomer service etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary focus is providing seamless support for UK customers across all call types:

• Reservation Management: Taking, confirming, modifying, or cancelling table reservations accurately using our booking system.
• UK Time Zone Work: Adhering strictly to a shift schedule that aligns with UK operating hours.
• Information Provision: Answering customer questions regarding the restaurant's menu, opening hours, location, dietary information (allergens), and policies with cultural sensitivity.
• Issue Resolution: Handling customer complaints and inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on first-call resolution, maintaining a consistently polite British-style telephone manner.

Requirements:

• English Fluency: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English are mandatory, equivalent to near-native proficiency, with a clear, neutral, and professional telephone manner.
• Time Zone Adaptation: Willingness and ability to work shifts that cover UK peak operating hours.
• Customer Service Experience: Proven experience (1+ years preferred) in a customer service or call center role, preferably serving international clients.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to listen actively, show empathy, and resolve issues effectively under pressure.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using reservation software, POS systems, and general computer applications.

Job Timings: 9 hours between 4pm and 4am (Rotational with 1 hour break)
