Customer Support Representative – Lahore (Night Shift)

We are a US-based company focused on fostering strong, collaborative workplace cultures. As our operations expand, we’re seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our Lahore team.

This position emphasizes client engagement and retention, where you’ll interact with executives, understand their needs, offer customized solutions, and schedule meetings for our senior leadership team.

Position Overview:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift: Night (5:00 PM–2:00 AM PST)
• Work Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
• Location: Lahore (Applicants must be able to commute or relocate before joining)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to a curated list of C-level executives
• Maintain accurate records of leads in CRM or Google Drive, scheduling appointments as needed
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Use CRM systems, scripts, and other tools efficiently
• Meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets consistently
• Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Fresh graduates or those with up to 6 months of experience are welcome
