Job Description:
We are looking for a confident, articulate, and experienced Customer Support Representative to serve as an expert point of contact for our clients. This is a key role for a professional who possesses in-depth knowledge of visa processes and excels in a client-facing environment. You will be responsible for providing high-level consultation and building trust with our clients through your expertise and superior communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed in-person, phone, and email consultations to understand client profiles and advise on suitable visa options.
• Authoritatively explain complex visa processes, documentation requirements, and eligibility criteria for various countries.
• Utilize your technical abilities to manage client cases in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Address and resolve complex customer inquiries and concerns with expert knowledge and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through confident communication and professional social skills.
• Stay meticulously updated on frequently changing immigration laws and policies of key destination countries.
• Guide clients through the documentation collection process and ensure application packages are complete and compliant.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in a customer-facing role within the visa consultation or immigration industry.
• Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree will be preferred).
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Urdu (both verbal and written), with the ability to explain legal and procedural terms clearly and confidently.
• Technical Proficiency: High proficiency with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and managing digital documentation.
• Industry Expertise: Demonstrable knowledge of visa categories (e.g., tourist, student, work, family) for countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or Europe.
