We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Agent who can handle parcel tracking, manage courier coordination, and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media regarding parcel tracking and delivery status.
• Coordinate with multiple courier partners to ensure timely resolution of shipment issues.
• Monitor and update parcel tracking systems for e-commerce clients.
• Resolve complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Provide proactive communication to customers regarding parcel status or delays.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams for smooth execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in e-commerce customer support and parcel tracking is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of courier operations and dealing with multiple logistics partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu (verbal and written).
• Problem-solving attitude with ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
