Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 (based on experience and competency)
Job Timings: 3:00 PM - 4:00 AM Pak Timings
Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident and dynamic Customer Support & Sales Executive who can effectively engage with clients, generate leads, and convert inquiries into business opportunities through video calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to represent the company professionally in client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Generate leads and actively contribute to business development
Convert prospects into customers through effective communication and persuasion Handle client interactions via chat, email, and video calls
Maintain strong follow-ups to close sales opportunities
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and relationship management

Requirements:
Excellent spoken English skills (American accent preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident,
presentable, and proactive personality
Ability to handle video calls professionally
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals Prior experience in customer support or sales is preferred
Tech Savvy
Strong commands on AI Tools
Able to create Google Sheets,
Can do Zoom Meetings
Know how of Technology Industries
