Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Online Customer Support Services Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our online customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or social media.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
  • Document interactions and update customer records in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., shipping, inventory, marketing) to resolve issues.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews or customer feedback as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in online customer support, e-commerce, or a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills; strong grammar and typing ability.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using customer service platforms (e.g., eBay, Wow mart, Shopify, etc.).
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and stay calm under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with online selling platforms (eBay, Amazon, Wow Mart, Shopify, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of order fulfillment and tracking processes.
  • Familiarity with inventory management tools or CRM systems.
