Role : Customer Support Executive

Job Location : Saki Naka, Andheri

Immediate joiners preferred.

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via calls, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests with empathy and accuracy
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide effective support
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, tech) to follow up on customer concerns
• Document and track issues, feedback, and trends for process improvements
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promote brand loyalty

Requirements:

• Any Bachelors degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
• Prior experience in customer support or D2C brands is a plus (but not mandatory)

Working Days : 6 Days working/Weekends will be Work from Home
