About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving client issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience. You’ll serve as the bridge between our customers and internal teams to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
  • Handle order-related queries, shipment tracking, returns, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Follow up to ensure all customer concerns are addressed to satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards and communication policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or client support (B2B or e-commerce preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with international clients (especially in the US market).
  • Familiarity with order fulfilment, returns, and after-sales processes.
  • Empathetic communicator with a customer-first mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
