Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves handling customer calls, assisting with inquiries, and supporting sales activities while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assist customers with product information and support
• Promote products and help generate sales
• Resolve customer issues in a professional manner
• Maintain records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
