Sewing Parts Online is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our customer service team.In this role, you’ll be the heart of our customer interactions—answering inquiries, providing expert support, and ensuring every customer feels valued. Don’t worry if you’re new to sewing; we provide in-depth paid training

This is an in-person position (NO REMOTE WORK).

Full-time (Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Sewing Parts Online is a 17-year-old e-commerce company based in Dickson, just minutes from Lowe’s. We specialize in selling sewing machines, parts, and supplies to customers worldwide. Our team of 41 is close-knit and welcoming, with a strong focus on fostering a family-like atmosphere. Here, you're more than just a number; you’re part of a supportive community that celebrates your successes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assisting customers in placing orders over the phone.
  • Conducting product research to support customer needs.
  • Contacting suppliers for ETA updates.
  • Handling challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Calm and collected under pressure, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong PC skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously.
  • Typing skills (20+ WPM preferred).
