Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist - Dutch Speaker to join our on-site customer service team in 6th of October City. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers through calls, emails, and live chat while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries in Dutch language via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow company procedures, KPIs, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Dutch language level: B2 or above (spoken and written)
  • Good command of English (for internal communication)
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is an advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in 6th of October City
  • Good computer skills and ability to use CRM systems
  • Customer-oriented mindset and professional attitude

  • Experience in international customer support
