We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. Your ability to solve problems, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude will be essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and other channels
  • Provide product or service information, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on sales/service quotes to customers in a timely manner.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM our internal system.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure quotes meet customer requirements.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department /person.
  • Track customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • relative : 3 years (Preferred)
