Customer Support Staff – UK Company

This is a full-time, office-based role in Karachi, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a growing international recruitment firm.

Should be fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and internal support requests
  • Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships through timely communication
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless staffing solutions delivery
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and support tickets
  • Support administrative tasks related to recruitment and staffing operations
  • Collaborate with UK-based management and teams to align on client needs and company goals

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) with a professional and clear communication style
  • Some years of experience in customer support, client services, or recruitment support roles would be preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable working office hours in Karachi with a flexible approach to occasional extended hours
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with recruitment or staffing industry is a plus but not mandatory
