We’re looking for a Customer Experience & Support Specialist who takes true ownership of the customer journey. This role combines technical troubleshooting, proactive problem solving, and exceptional customer care.
The ideal candidate doesn’t just respond to tickets—they anticipate customer needs, create systems that improve support, and deliver a world-class experience on every interaction.
You will be responsible for helping customers with everything from setup and maintenanceto troubleshooting and warranty support, while also helping build SOPs and processes that streamline our support operations as we scale.
