Title: Customer Support Specialist

Onsite Monday - Friday (North Fort Worth near Texas Motor Speedway)

Duration: 6 month contract to hire (Only interested in people wanting FTE)

Pay: $18/hr to $20/hr


Timeline: Interviews will happen 3rd week of April - Looking to get started by April/May


We’re partnering with a multi‑state retail organization to hire a Customer Support Specialist to support store and corporate operations.


This role serves as the first point of contact for inbound calls, helping troubleshoot issues, create service tickets, and escalate when needed. Support areas include IT applications, POS systems, maintenance requests, alarms, and other operational needs.


What they’re looking for:

  • Call center, help desk, or customer/technical support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows PCs and Microsoft 365
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Experience with ticketing systems and retail or POS environments is a plus
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
