Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate and Conduct Site Visits:
- Schedule and confirm site visits with clients based on availability and preferences.
- Plan routes and ensure timely transportation to and from property sites.
- Greet clients, provide property information, and address inquiries.
- Highlight key features, amenities, and advantages of each property to meet client needs.
- Guide clients through the property, explaining layout, design, construction, and future plans.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during site visits.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build rapport and trust with clients during site visits to create a positive experience.
- Listen to client requirements and provide recommendations.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for ongoing client engagement.
- Follow up with clients post-visit to answer questions and nurture leads.
Property Information and Market Knowledge:
- Understand the local real estate market, including pricing trends and neighborhood specifics.
- Stay updated on new property developments, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Be knowledgeable about real estate laws, regulations, and ethical practices.
- Use market data to provide property valuations and advice.
Support Sales Operations:
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads from site visits into sales.
- Help prepare sales presentations and proposals, highlighting property benefits.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets by delivering site visit experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- A customer-oriented approach and professional demeanor are needed.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities are important, with attention to detail.
