Hiring: Customs Clearance Agent – Saudi Arabia

We are currently looking for an experienced Customs Clearance Agent to join our team in:

Location: Dammam/Riyadh

Salary: SAR 5,500 – SAR 7,500 (based on experience)

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Customs Clearance Agent in Saudi Arabia

• Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations and procedures

• Ability to handle online customs processing through Fasah (Fasah.sa)

• Experience in handling Maqasa procedures

• Knowledgeable in preparing and processing import/export documents

• Familiar with customs documentation, approvals, and clearance workflow

• Ability to coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and government authorities

• Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Process and submit customs declarations through Fasah

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Saudi customs laws

• Manage Maqasa transactions and related procedures

• Coordinate shipment clearance and resolve any customs-related issues

• Maintain proper records of all customs transactions
