Customs & Clearance - Logistics Supervisor - (Females preferred)

Summary:

We are seeking a female Customs & Clearance - Logistics Supervisor for our warehouse based in Jabel Ali, Dubai to oversee import and export operations, ensuring full compliance with UAE and international trade regulations. The role is responsible for smooth customs clearance, accurate documentation, and efficient logistics execution to achieve timely and cost-effective movement of goods across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage all customs documentation and clearance processes for imports and exports.

· Ensure compliance with UAE customs laws, international trade regulations, and company policies.

· Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities to resolve clearance issues.

· Verify HS code classification, valuation, and country of origin declarations with accurate duty calculations.

· Stay informed of changes in customs regulations and update internal stakeholders accordingly.

· Maintain complete and accurate records of customs activities for audits and compliance.

· Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-efficient transport.

· Coordinate closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams for seamless cargo movement.

· Optimize shipping routes and transport modes to minimize costs and improve delivery times.

· Ensure completeness and accuracy of shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.

· Monitor shipment tracking and proactively resolve any delays or disruptions.

· Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clearance times, freight costs, and logistics efficiency.

· Prepare regular reports and analysis on customs activities and logistics performance.

Experience:

· 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Customs & Clearance - Logistics Supervision.

· Experience of working within warehouse or distribution environments preferred.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
