Customs Clearing & Freight Forwarding specialist

Global Hub Customs Services LLC is a dynamic and growing logistics and import/export company based in Dubai. We specialize in providing comprehensive customs clearance and logistics solutions to our clients, ensuring efficient and compliant movement of goods across international borders. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customs clearing / Operation specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Key responsibilities:
. Making Containers Booking using online platform for export Purposis .
. Placiung Air Booking with airline

· Preparing all types of Customs declarations in Dubai trade Mirsal II portal ( FZ Transit Out, FZ Internal transfer, Import to Local from FZ, Import for Re-Export

· Process all the documentation related to export such as BOE processing

· Preparing certificate of origin,

· Process all the permits and coordination with authorities such as Dubai Municipality, MOFA, MOCCAE etc.

· Liaison with different shipping line, agent and forwarder regards to the export/import shipment and negotiate with shipping and forwarding company and get the best quote from the shipping line

· Place bookings, follow up and submit Shipping instructions

· Responsible for Physical document submission

· Process customs inspection if needed, receiving DO from airilines/shipping lines, submit documents to the counter

· Arranging trucks and pick-ups if required

· Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Request prices and quotations from Shipping and Airlines

· Track orders and shipments to provide accurate information to customers.

· Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address any delays or issues.

· Create and manage necessary documentation, such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.

Skills:

· Minimum of a High School Diploma

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in Import and Export in UAE/ Dubai

· Strong communication skills

· Highly developed attention to detail

· Excellent time management skills

· Excellent English Language , Urdu and Arabic are preferred languages
