Role

We are seeking a Customs Compliance Manager to join our Fulfillment & Supply Chain team. In this role, you will own import customs clearance and product certification processes across key Middle Eastern markets, ensuring regulatory compliance while optimizing efficiency and cost.

Responsibilities

• Implement customs regulations and product certification requirements for KSA and UAE
• Manage customs accounts and certification platforms (SABER, FASAH, ESMA)
• Coordinate with brokers, forwarders, and government authorities
• Drive improvements in clearance accuracy, lead time, and cost efficiency
• Maintain compliance documentation and support digital workflow development
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and compliance teams

Requirements

• Saudi national with 5+ years in customs compliance for B2B/industrial goods
• Expertise in KSA/UAE import regulations and HS classification
• Hands-on experience with customs systems and certification platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments
• Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• E-commerce or digital supply chain experience
• Knowledge of MENA regional import regulations
• Familiarity with ERP/logistics systems
