CX Specialist (E-commerce)

JAF Perfumes is growing fast across Pakistan and soon internationally. We’re looking for a customer-focused CX and Ecommerce Specialistto deliver a seamless, high-touch online experience for our luxury fragrance brand. This role ensures that every interaction reflects our premium standards while supporting e-commerce operations.

The role:

· Provide premium customer support across email, inbound/outbound calls, chat, and social media handling.

· Manage e-commerce orders, returns, exchanges, and delivery inquiries

· Support product launches, promotions, and online campaigns

· Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to improve customer experience

We’re looking for someone who:

· The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, demonstrating both professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

· Has a customer-first mindset with high attention to detail

· Experience in customer experience and e-commerce support, with familiarity in e-commerce platforms and order management systems.

· Experience in luxury, beauty, or fashion is a plus
