Cybersecurity Excellence Specialist

Job Role : The Cybersecurity Excellence Quality Analyst ensures the highest quality standards across our Cybersecurity services and initiatives. This role oversees the performance of Cybersecurity services and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.

Combining quality assurance with creative report and presentation design, the analyst will highlight sector achievements, project outcomes, and future initiatives. They will monitor Cybersecurity service execution, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions, while producing dynamic reports and presentations to communicate successes, key metrics, and strategic goals to internal and external stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Cybersecurity divisions to establish and maintain quality controls that meet or exceed industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of Cybersecurity projects managed by the Cybersecurity Excellence team.
• Conduct regular audits of ongoing Cybersecurity projects to ensure adherence to quality standards & timelines.
• Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements for any identified quality issues within Cybersecurity services and projects.
• Identify the root causes of quality problems in both services and Cybersecurity projects, coordinating corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with Cybersecurity operations licenses and support contracts by tracking, logging, and ensuring timely renewals.
• Research, compile, and prepare materials related to Quality Control activities to enhance service and project delivery.
• Monitor Cybersecurity services and projects to detect potential gaps or malfunctions early in the process.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality, reliable Cybersecurity services.
• Maintain consistent alignment with the Cybersecurity Excellence team to ensure all projects meet quality expectations.
• Monitor and oversee the quality of cybersecurity projects managed by the Cybersecurity Excellence team, ensuring they meet established quality standards, timelines, and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project-specific quality assurance metrics to track progress and quality.
• Review project documentation (e.g., project plans, post-implementation reviews) to ensure consistency with quality standards and accurate reporting.
• Provide quality oversight for all critical phases of cybersecurity projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the quality of deliverables and identify areas for future improvements in projects.
• Create engaging, creative reports and presentations that highlight sector achievements, project results, and key events, designed to captivate diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure messaging and visuals in reports align with company objectives and communicate impactful insights.

Job Specifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Expertise in creating creative reports and presentations.
• Understanding of cybersecurity services, security metrics, and compliance requirements.
• At least 4 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably within the Cybersecurity services industry.
• Proven experience in monitoring and ensuring the quality of Cybersecurity services and operations.
• Extensive experience in developing and delivering creative, data-driven reports and presentations, with a strong ability to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively to diverse audiences (e.g., internal teams & Senior leadership).
• Expertise in creating dynamic presentations that engage stakeholders and highlight key performance metrics, sector achievements, and project outcomes using tools like PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience in visualizing and presenting cybersecurity data in a compelling and clear manner, making complex technical information accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with quality assurance tools (e.g., Jira, automated testing tools) is a plus
