Cybersecurity Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a driven recruitment professional to build and own a cybersecurity desk, delivering high-quality hires while developing a robust portfolio of clients. This is a true 360 role where you'll combine expert headhunting with proactive business development to become the go-to recruitment partner for cybersecurity talent. You'll work directly with CISOs, security leaders, and founders, winning new business, managing client relationships, and headhunting top-tier security professionals across all experience.

The Role

As a Cybersecurity Recruitment Consultant, you'll own the complete recruitment cycle-from winning new clients to co owning the searches through to successful search appointments.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within high growth startups, scale ups, and established enterprises hiring security talent
• Generate new client relationships through direct outreach, championing building, referrals, and market mapping
• Position yourself as the cybersecurity specialist through consultative selling and demonstrated market knowledge
• Build a diverse client portfolio across sectors including fintech, SaaS, crypto, enterprise tech, and consulting

Headhunting & Talent Acquisition

• Execute targeted headhunting campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates who aren't actively looking
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline of cybersecurity professionals across experience levels and disciplines
• Conduct compelling outreach that captures candidate attention and generates interest in opportunities
