Job Description: D365 ERP HR Functional Resource
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Serve as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR and Payroll (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant.

Provide user support and training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR and Payroll modules.

Work closely with Project Managers and vendors to define requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, document business processes, and support business users.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align people, processes, and technology within HR and Payroll projects.
-
Apply analytical skills to streamline HR and Payroll processes.
-
Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR and Payroll data.
Functional Responsibilities
-
Provide techno-functional support for HR and Payroll modules (knowledge of Finance and Procurement modules is an advantage).

Deliver onsite English techno-functional support to users.
-
Configure and deploy Dynamics 365 HR and Payroll modules for:

Recruitment and employee onboarding
-
Payroll management and tax compliance
-
Performance management and offboarding
-
Time tracking, leave management, and benefits administration
-
Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international labor laws.
-
Migrate HR and Payroll data from legacy systems into Dynamics 365 HR.
-
Integrate D365 HR with Finance, Power BI, and third-party payroll systems.

Leverage Microsoft tools for automation and insights:
-
Power Automate for HR workflow automation
-
Power BI for reporting and dashboards
-
Power Apps for custom HR solutions
-
Configure compensation structures, allowances, bonuses, and benefits.
-
Develop advanced reports using SSRS, Power BI, and built-in reporting tools.
-
Manage the full project life cycle for HR and Payroll implementations.
-
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
-
Conduct functional and technical testing to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored HR solutions.
Support & Service Management
-
Use ticketing systems to log, track, and resolve incidents.
-
Build and maintain a knowledge base for common issues.
-
Apply bug fixes, enhancements, and minor system changes.
-
Perform quality testing, integration testing, and deployments.
-
Manage incident root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
-
Ensure secure and consistent support service delivery.
-
Control production environment changes to minimize service disruption.
-
Support capacity management of the HR and Payroll environment.
Workshops & Collaboration
-
Participate in and lead workshops to uncover HR and Payroll requirements.
-
Document business and system processes using Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps.
-
Stay up to date with Microsoft technology advancements.
-
QA test implementations and ensure alignment with business requirements.
-
Prepare gap/fit analysis documentation and design specifications.
-
Configure Dynamics 365 environments to meet organizational needs.
-
If required, design, test, and implement customizations.
Basic Qualifications
-
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Microsoft D365 HR & Payroll (or Dynamics AX HR/Payroll).
-
At least two full life-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 HR & Payroll.
-
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and implementation processes.
-
Experience with medium to large-scale enterprise implementations.
-
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
-
Strong understanding of HR and Payroll modules.
-
Proven ability to support, train, and engage with end-users.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
-
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in D365 HR & Payroll modules.
-
At least two Microsoft HR & Payroll D365 certifications (preferred, not mandatory).
-
Strong initiative, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
-
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (local time) or as per IT Manager directives.
