D365 F&O Functional Consultant

We are hiring an experienced D365 F&O Functional Consultant with strong English communication skills to implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions across diverse industries.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations implementations
• Lead client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
• Analyze business processes and design scalable ERP solutions
• Configure and implement: Manufacturing & Production module OR Projects module
• Translate business requirements into functional solution designs
• Support AX 2012 to D365 migration projects where applicable
• Perform system configuration, documentation, and parameterization
• Support Data Migration, UAT, and Go-Live activities
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations
• Provide post-go-live functional support and optimization
• Ensure adherence to ERP best practices and structured implementation methodology

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant
• At least one full-cycle ERP implementation
• Strong expertise in Manufacturing & Production OR Projects module
• Solid understanding of: D365 Finance, D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM), ERP configuration and process mapping, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)
• Experience working with international clients (preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• Ability to independently lead workshops and client discussions
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Microsoft Certifications (preferred)
