As one of our dedicated Pet Care Providers, you will be the ultimate wingman for local pet parents, delivering premium in-home care and dog walking services. What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Active Dog Walking: Guide dogs of all shapes, sizes, and energy levels through structured, safe neighborhood walks tailored entirely to their unique personalities.
• In-Home Drop-Ins & Sitting: Visit client homes to manage feeding routines, refresh water bowls, clean up pet areas, facilitate playtime, and safely administer routine oral or topical medications.
• On-the-Go App Reporting: Utilize our specialized team mobile app to seamlessly check in and out of visits, snap fun pet updates, and send quick peace-of-mind reports directly to owners.
• Home & Pet Security: Keep client properties locked down tightly during arrival and departure, ensuring the home remains secure and the pets stay completely stress-free.

Candidate Criteria

• Age & Animal Experience: Must be 18 years of age or older with verifiable personal or professional experience caring for animals (e.g., previous pet industry roles, volunteering, or long-term pet ownership).
• Reliable Wheels: Must hold a valid driver’s license and have consistent daily access to a reliable, fully insured personal vehicle to travel smoothly between client locations.
• Tech-Savvy: Must own a modern smartphone with a reliable data plan to manage real-time scheduling, GPS navigation, and app communication.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable walking several miles a day outdoors in whatever weather Texas throws at us, with the strength to manage larger, enthusiastic dogs.
• Professional Integrity: Unmatched punctuality, stellar communication skills, and an observant, safety-first mindset.
• Clean Record: Must be willing to clear a comprehensive criminal background check prior to onboarding.
