Full Job Description
Swing Studio is looking for a highly organized and proactive Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, client communication, and support the growth of our dance studio.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication and community-building abilities, and a background in dance—especially ballroom, Latin, or commercial styles.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Operations
- Manage daily studio operations and ensure smooth running of classes
- Maintain accurate records of registrations, attendance, and payments
- Track enrollments for both adult and children’s classes
- Oversee studio scheduling and booking systems
Client Communication & Lead Management
- Manage client communication across multiple platforms including WhatsApp, email, website forms, and social media
- Handle inquiries, manage leads, and convert them into bookings
- Proactively follow up with current and potential clients
- Keep client information organized and up to date, including tracking inquiries and follow-ups
- Ensure timely, professional, and friendly communication at all times
Scheduling & Coordination
- Proactively manage the studio calendar (classes, private lessons, events)
- Coordinate schedules with instructors and freelancers
- Resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently
Marketing, Social Media & Community Building
- Support social media activity (content coordination, posting, basic responses)
- Contribute ideas for content, promotions, and campaigns
- Assist in promoting classes, workshops, and studio events
- Support initiatives to increase client engagement and retention
- Help build a strong studio community by engaging with clients, encouraging participation, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
- Support the organization of social events, showcases, and community-driven activities to strengthen client relationships
Team Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for instructors and freelance teachers
- Support onboarding and coordination of staff
Studio Environment
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support events, workshops, and studio activities
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in administration or studio management
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience managing client communication across multiple channels
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented
Preferred
- Background in ballroom, Latin, or commercial dance, including ability to teach several weekly classes
- Experience in a dance, fitness, or creative environment
- Familiarity with CRM, booking systems, or social media platforms
- Nice to have: Familiarity with taking payments using platforms such as Ziina

Salary
AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 per month (depending on experience), full-time
Work Schedule
Candidates should be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends as part of the schedule.
Approximate working days and hours:
- Sunday: 09:00 – 17:00
- Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
- Friday: 12:00 – 20:00
