Job Description

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Support AVP of Communication and Performance Framework to establish an engaging communications framework within the Distribution & Sales team for internal communications
  • Support in implementing a clear communication framework increasing the impact of communications, staff engagement and ease to absorb
  • Support with the embedding of the FABWAY framework ensuring it is embedded as a way of working across all of the channels and is devloped to support the growth in the business
  • Support all stakeholders to promote and develop FABWay by embedding, coaching and ongoing improvement of the framework.
  • Organise, plan and run colleague engagement events to create a high performing environment
  • Produce high quality comunications materials and ensure accuracy of the information shared
  • Increase the engagement of all communications, read rates, impacts and understanding
  • Collating and writing monthly business updates e.g. for the PBG monthly newsletter, CX Action plans across D&S)
  • Supporting with Business, Project and Strategic Communications (e.g. Business update packs, Business Cases, Launches etc.).
Recent examples are Digital Branches, D&S Service Journey
  • Supporting with projects, particularly from an internal comms perceptive
  • Owning and Driving Customer First Initiatives within D&S.

Qualifications

University Degree or Equivalent Qualification (Sales Diploma or certification preferable)
Minimum 2 years Banking Experience
An understanding of employee communications
Be able to write communications tailored to the audience from senior leadership
Be well organized and planned and set high standards to deliver recognition events
Have very high standards of presentation skills and written skills
