Daraz Account Manager / E-commerce Executive

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 90,000

Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Daraz Account Manager / E-commerce Executive to manage end-to-end marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing product listings, executing campaigns, and driving overall store performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete Daraz store operations
  • Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)
  • Handle pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts
  • Execute campaigns such as 11.11, 12.12, and Flash Sales
  • Monitor orders, returns, and customer queries
  • Maintain seller performance metrics (ratings, cancellations, etc.)
  • Run and optimize sponsored ads
  • Analyze sales performance and generate reports
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and marketing teams
  • Identify opportunities to scale and grow the store

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing a Daraz store
  • Strong knowledge of Seller Center and marketplace operations
  • Understanding of e-commerce KPIs and analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
