Job Description

1) Directly manage and mentor 3 Hub Leads overseeing delivery operations across Twin Cities. 2) Foster a performance-driven culture with emphasis on accountability, improving Delivery Hero experience and service quality. 3) Drive day-to-day execution of last-mile delivery processes, ensuring On-Time Handover performance, efficiency, and cost optimization. 4) Monitor KPIs such as delivery success rate, PPD, Hub NPS, rider productivity, CXP, customer return backlog and Cost per Package. 5) Improve DEX coverage, reduce reshipping and maximize city level volume to improve CPP. 6) Ensure compliance with Daraz SOPs, safety guidelines, and cash-handling protocols. 7) Oversee resource allocation, shift planning, and rider retention strategies. 8) Ensure readiness for high-volume events such as campaigns, flash sales, and peak seasons. 9) Review hub performance on a daily and weekly basis; identify gaps and implement corrective actions. 10) Lead initiatives to reduce customer complaints, fake attempts, not attempts, reattempts, and failed deliveries. 11) Implement continuous improvement programs and develop actionable plans in case of rain, juloos, government holidays and other unforeseen circumstances. 12) Collaborate with Regional Manager North, central operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on targets and initiatives. 13) Represent the Islamabad & Rawalpindi Last Mile function in regional reviews and business performance discussions.

Position Requirement

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. - 5–7 years of relevant experience in Last Mile, Logistics, or E-commerce operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Proven ability to lead large teams, manage multiple hubs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage operational crises, implement process improvements, and deliver under pressure.
