Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management:
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
• Ensure smooth workflow and proper utilization of space and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Inventory & Stock Management:
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and audits.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to manage stock inflows and outflows.
• Staff Supervision:
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Conduct check-ins, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Train and mentor new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
• Process Improvement & Compliance:
• Implement and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports (e.g., stock reports, dispatch logs, KPIs).
• Coordination & Communication:
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Report issues such as stock discrepancies, damages, or equipment failures to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective actions where required.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience with inventory control systems or Warehouse Management Software (WMS).
• Hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
