1、Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and BI, preferably in a finance context. 2、Proven experience as a BI Manager or a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills. 3、Expertise in SQL, data analytics tools, and dashboarding software such as Tableau or Power BI. 4、Solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets. 5、Effective stakeholder management skills, capable of building relationships and communicating complex information to non-technical stakeholders. 6、Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver projects on time, ensuring high-quality outputs and continuous improvement.
