Job Description

1. Oversee and manage LM-FM delivery operations within the assigned region, ensuring adherence to established service levels, delivery schedules, and quality standards. Develop and implement strategies to optimize last mile delivery routes, reduce delivery costs, and improve overall operational efficiency. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction, taking necessary actions to achieve and exceed targets. Lead and manage a team of delivery supervisors, drivers, and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and warehouse, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of last mile delivery operations. 4. Continuously assess and improve last mile delivery processes, identifying areas for automation, technology adoption, and process optimization. 5. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric mindset.

Position Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field 2. Extensive experience in last mile delivery operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role. 3. Strong interpersonal, research and analytic skills. 4.
