Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with a minimum of 4 years of experience in interior design and fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements and design specifications. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery drawings, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out projects.
• Interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings for execution.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and authority requirements.
• Revise drawings as per client/consultant/site feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records for all projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil/Architecture/Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Draftsman in interior fit-out projects iin the UAE.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software (SketchUp, Revit, etc. is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of joinery and fit-out detailing.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability to join.
