Darkstore Supervisor

• Supervise daily dark store and q-commerce operations.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within SLA.
• Lead and manage pickers, packers, and inventory staff.
• Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational targets.
• Monitor order queues and prioritize urgent orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
• Manage stock replenishment and product availability.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and safety standards.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment rate, and productivity.
• Prepare daily operational and performance reports.
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams for smooth dispatch operations.
• Handle customer fulfillment issues and operational escalations.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules.
• Support onboarding of new employees.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Minimize stock loss, damage, and shrinkage.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the facility.
• Support peak-demand periods, promotions, and special operational projects.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
