Key Responsibilities :
• Identify and onboard Indian partners and merchants in relevant sectors (retail, wellness, travel, D2C, etc.) aligned with program goals and customer preferences.
• Support execution of partnership programs for BFSI, fintech, and global corporates operating in India.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Product, Legal) for timely go-live of partner benefits and compliance with SLAs.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring high satisfaction and benefit delivery.
• Track performance metrics, code issuance, and usage reports; share insights with leadership.
• Travel within India to explore new merchant relationships and strengthen existing ones.
• Stay up to date with India consumer trends, digital payments, and loyalty innovations.
• Assist in localizing programs for users in India and Indian users traveling to international markets.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
• 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliance roles.
• Exposure to loyalty programs, travel benefits, or consumer engagement is preferred.
• Experience managing merchant or brand partnerships in India.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of consumer behavior in lifestyle, wellness, and travel sectors.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and data tracking tools.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple partners simultaneously.
