  • Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Opportunity Mapping

  • Conduct detailed industry analysis to identify white spaces for new exhibitions.
  • Benchmark with national and international event models.
  • Build feasibility studies and business cases for potential new IPs.

Conceptualization & Product Development

  • Develop new show concepts with clear value propositions and defined audience segments.
  • Align event themes with TOI Group strengths and editorial vision.
  • Engage associations and industry leaders for content advisory boards.
  • Develop and present "Think Scale" presentations for leadership to support growth and scalability initiative

Stakeholder Engagement & Government Liaison

  • Collaborate with ministries, government departments, chambers of commerce, and trade councils.
  • Secure institutional partnerships and endorsements for new shows.
  • Build strategic alliances with private and public sector leaders.

Internal Collaboration

  • Liaise with marketing, sales, production, legal, design, and content teams for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Define timelines, workflows, and handover processes post-launch.

Project Management & Execution Oversight

  • Drive execution from idea to delivery.
  • Ensure quality, timeliness, and ROI of new show launches.
  • Monitor performance and lead post-show analysis and scaling plans.
