Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Customer Support Team in Cairo, Egypt. This is a full-time, on-site role. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting users of our Capital Solution ERP software.

Main responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by ERP users using SQL tools and data analysis techniques.
• Collaborating with the implementation team during ERP rollouts, providing technical assistance, and ensuring smooth deployment.
• Collecting, processing, and analyzing system data to identify issues, performance trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Developing and optimizing SQL queries to support reporting needs and resolve system challenges.
• Preparing clear documentation and providing user support to ensure a seamless ERP experience.
• Working closely with customer support staff, technical consultants, and business users to deliver excellent service and practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and analytical skills with proven experience in troubleshooting ERP or financial systems.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience using it for debugging, issue resolution, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of data structures, system workflows, and ERP software functionality.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to non-technical users.
• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, ERP support, or related technical roles is  required .
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, collaborate with team members, and directly support end-users.
