Purpose:
The Data Analyst will play a critical role in driving pricing strategy, store profitability, and sales trend insights across Edible Brands’ diverse portfolio of brands. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams - including Innovation, Supply Chain, Marketing, E-Commerce and Finance - to ensure product pricing, cost of goods, and sales data are accurate, actionable, and aligned with business goals. By leveraging data-driven insights, this role directly impacts profitability, operational efficiency, and franchisee success.
Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and validate pricing models across multiple business lines (e.g., Edible Arrangements, Rōti, Amazon, B2B, Canadian products, Third Party Affiliates).

Partner with Innovation and Supply Chain teams on product launches to ensure accurate costing, margins, and retail strategy that contribute to business growth.

Monitor cost fluctuations, alter models accordingly (e.g., fruit, chocolate, packaging) and recommend pricing adjustments as needed.

Respond to and resolve franchisee pricing inquiries, providing clear and consistent communication to stakeholders.

Collaborate cross functionally to establish inventory availability, right size costs, and maximize revenues across business units.

Conduct seasonal sales reviews and deliver insights that enhance forward planning activities including product selection, forecasting and budgeting.

Lead seasonal and holiday forecasting analyses, including item-level performance, to support promotional planning and inventory tracking while ensuring profitability and margin integrity.

Provide reporting and insights to leadership as needed that drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Support project-based initiatives that improve reporting capabilities and the team’s effectiveness is providing data driven insights.
